RUN For Your LIFE! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Run for your Life! I ordered my Dream Wedding Dress 2 Months in advance at VB. I was called & lied to, was told my dress was in and to come in on 6/12 at 5:30p for fitting. When I arrived, was then told the Dress was not there. I overheard being referred to by Staff as "THAT WOMAN". Was then told to come back the next day per Dress will definitely be in. When I arrived again, the WRONG Dress was there. VB finally, reluctantly acknowledge they had ordered the wrong Style Number. VB did nothing to right this wrong with me. Instead tried to sell me an ugly gown for $200 more and said I must pay the fitting fee, as well. Didn't try to make any financial adjustments, nor offsets for my stress, inconvenience and their mistake & negative attitude. Didn't even try to get company to overnight the correct dress. I am now 2 weeks from my Big Day and have NO Gown. Their Customer Service & attitude ABSOLUTELY Stinks. They don't try to please customer, nor right their wrong. Stay Away, There are too many Great Bridal Shops out there. VB is definitely not one of them!
