Spotty service at best. I have had repeat problems at the location. The sushi and shasimi are good if you actually get it. I have gotten wrong items repeatedly and when staff can't tell the difference between the two I find it disturbing. I have been charged for a sushi shasimi plate before and never received it. Afte fighting with the manager and the table chef getting on my side I finally had the item removed from the bill. I will not be back after last experience.

Are these people crazy?. Miyabi's IS THE BEST Japanese restaurant in Augusta. Which, by the way, City Search spelled wrong. It is always crowded, but everyone in the city knows that is what you can expect which is why you should always make reservations. The place is beautiful, take a look at the ceiling. The chefs cook at the table & say little jokes every now & then.. depending on the people at the table. I've never ever heard of anyone not enjoying Miyabi's & I am completely surprised there are 2 bad reviews on this place. The prices are high, but that comes with the territory. Lets not forget how MUCH food you get!!! I promise you no one has ever left there without a to-go box. Everyone who goes there should know this is a NICE restaurant, you should dress nice, expect a wait, expect a price. You HAVE to try the tempura, amazing.. the white sauce is great, no other place can even come close to imitating it. The other Japanese places in Augusta are trashy, crowded as well; with a a crappy waiting area. (Let's not forget all the gypsies at the other places.. they will rob you, keep your purse close.)
