Heaven!!!. The best day in llooonng time!! My Mom and I went in for facial, massage, and hair color. Everything was on time and delightful. Deb and Deb made our visit inviting and enjoyable. We can't wait to go back.
a drunkkkkk.. So i went to this salon and got a haircut by the owner deb. I could totally tell se was drunk, and she had been drinking before i had gotten there. As she was cutting my hair she was very emotional about her and her husband fighting. About 15 minutes later, she ran to the store with me STILL in here chair. She came back and I saw she has boughten booze. I heard one of the other girls that worked there say she had backed up into a van that was parked in her parking lot.....and she actually had done it while i was sitting in her chair. The experience was awful and i would not recommend this salon to anyone unless u enjoy the company of a drunken emotional physcopath. Not to mention i hear they have a new girl working there that i used to be friends with yrs and yrs ago her name is leslie gordon and she has got to be the biggest pillhead I have ever met in my life. I witnessed her doing awful things to get pills for free and thats why i stoped being friends with her. If i were you i would stay away from this salon.....keep yourself alive and never let these women near your head with a pair of scissors.
Want to congratulate Deb for being sober for over a year!! Anyone needing to be pampered or an up to date haircut, Deb is the girl to see. The salon is clean and comfortable and the staff is very professional. Will reccomend this day spa to everyone!!
Worst Pedicure Ever!.
On Thursday, June 3 (2010), I treated my friend Brandie to a double pedicure with me. I was visiting from Tucson, AZ and she never gets them so I suggested the same place we'd had her bridal shower, Bella Vita in Waterville, ME.
We arrived at 11:45am, 15 minutes early for our noon appointment. We waited and waited - and waited and waited... didn't actually start our pedicures till 1pm - we waited for over an hour! Fine though - we wanted to feel relaxed so we eagerly went in the back pedi room. We picked our colors - and one of the two women doing our pedicures, Elizabeth, told us to have a seat. I chose the seat with the pink towels - boy did I make the wrong choice.
The second woman doing the pedicures came in, Danielle, and she sat in front of me. First of all - she was wearing a short, jean skirt - not at ALL professional for giving pedicures. While my friend Brandie had the other woman - who was wearing a smock (actually professional). This woman was rude, crude, swore and complained throughout the ordeal. AND I WAS PAYING $100 FOR THIS????
Danielle even had visitors while she was doing my pedicure (again, unprofessional). She was so excited to see her friends, she turned around to talk to them, leaving me hanging for 15+ minutes! I'm looking at the other person massaging my friends feet and back at Danielle (well Danielle's back) and am really bummed that my pedi experience was being cut short! This woman did not scrub my feet, did not sand my nails, did not give my any sort of massage. AND - even after 15 minutes of her doing nothing and gabbing with her visitors - she was done a full 10 minutes before the other gir was done! I got to sit around and wait and wish I'd gotten that other woman. I can't believe I didn't complain when paying - but I didn't want to ruin my friends day. I did NOT leave this horrid woman a tip - and next year when I go to visit my friend Brandie - we're going to the SENATOR in Augusta for pedi's!
Danielle is gone, request Deb.
