The Bloom Closet Florist is Really Great!. I had to get flowers for a friends funeral and they did a really great job. I have also had them do flowers for my Mom and we were thrilled. Great, great work!

Best in Augusta. Jean is a wonderful person to work with, the designs are exceptional, she is a true artist, and her funeral designs blow the competition out of the water! The Bloom Closet Florist is the best in Augusta!

Really Nice Florist. This afternoon I had a last minute Get well soon bouquet for a friend that was in a accident earlier this afternoon, tried to call florist, couldnt get thru for at least a hour, called the hair shop next to them, couldnt get thru, then heard on news phone was out due to Knology, found her cell number online, called her, placed order, and she delivered this afternoon. So glad she had her cell number on there, she is always so pleasant and easy to work with, always works within my budget, just all around fantastic.

Wonderful Customer Service. I am glad to review this florist. I had a very last minute funeral that I found out about late today. I had called 2 other florists listed in Augusta and they said too late for today. The lady at the bloom closet said she would get it done for me, she would take it on her way out for dinner so it would be there for the viewing. I was so impressed with her customer service and she even sent a photo of the plant, I wish every business was ran the way this business is, with the customer in mind. I am not that great of a computer person, but I was glad to join City Search to review this business, I was that impressed, which if you knew me, you would understand.
