How they addressed our concerns.
I think we have all had situations where we wasn't completely satisfied with a business. In all fairness to Rocky's, I was somewhat difficult. Ever since we had a local fuel company disrespect our home, I have become less trusting. Even still I think some of my concerns were legitimate. I won't get into the concerns, but more how Rocky and his employees went out of their way to address those concerns. I also don't see the problem with miscommunication. Whenever I called with my beef, Rocky usually called me within the hour, and the situation was resolved quickly. I also was able to voice my concerns, and I think they really listened. When they gave me a ballpark figure of how much it would cost to rebuild the brick wall behind the stove, they told me about $800.00. When they came to do the work, they said the original estimate was too high. It ended up being $700.00. How many business do that. The workers were all friendly guys, and they were fun to have around. Like I said.....everything wasn't perfect, but they never gave me a hard time about voicing a complaint. I wish them many successful years in business, and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

Great place to buy a stove!.
We have a Harman P68 from Rocky's that we have had for going on 4 years now. The stove is fantastic! It heats my whole house I barely use a drop of oil all winter. When choosing my stove the man I worked with seemed to know the stove inside and out. The crew from Rocky's also installed my stove and it looks great. I also use them almost every year to clean my stove and deliver pellets. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

poor customer service and communication.
We waited months for service and communication, finally they came, but we weren't asked about changes and extra charges I went in and asked WHY they didnt call or some communication after we waited months. Resonse was...we have way too many customers to do that. I agree. One less now.

Rocky's has bad Customer Service.
We bought a vermont castings vigillantII coal stove from Rocky's this fall all went well we paid they delivered. We fired it up about 3 weeks ago after the chimney was installed and all was good for a week then the shaker rod broke. There the problem began. They were rude on the phone and said we broke the stove. It is absurd what customer service they give they hung up on me. I reported them to better business bureu and I'm not the first.; I told Rocky's that. Their reply was " We don't pay attention to that!"
