Had a really good experience at this place. They explained what the equipment was and how to use it. They check to make sure my mom's insurance would pay for it. Very busy place too!
The staff at Kennebec Pharmacy is the best around. Very helpful and polite. I have dealt with the customer service representives right thru to the billing department. They have bent overbackwards to answer any question I have had. They offer free delivery which is unheard of these days and have even come back to my house twice in one day ! They are the only homecare pharmacy in the area as far as I am concerned.
My elderly father had a very positive experience at Kennebec Pharmacy. The staff was very thorough and kind. They helped him with his wheelchair and worked with his insurance companies to make sure everything was covered. I would highly recommend this company!
I needed a walker for my mother and the entire staff was really helpful !!!
Very poor service.. I don't know where they find their help, but they're getting paid too much. Gossipy, holier-than-thou little trolls behind the pharmacy counter. Can't imagine what it's like to work with these people...bad enough being waited on by them.

Very Helpful and Informative. My mother was getting out of the hospital after a hip replacement and I had no idea what things I should get for her to use at home. The woman that helped me talked me through the equipment and explained so much to me. I was able to get everything my mom needed and then some. She was patient and answered all of my questions.
Won't bill insurance, slow service, uncooperative. My doctor told me that the pharmacy would contact me to get insurance information, etc. After several days of not hearing from them, I initiated a call. I was told they were "just going to call me". They do not bill insurance companies and told me I would have to bill the company myself. I said that my doctor mentioned that they offer free delivery. Indeed they do, but they cannot tell you when they will deliver. Even after the several day wait, it would take yet another day for the prescription to be put up. I just found the company to seriously lack customer service skills. I am amazed that they stay in business when they refuse to bill insurance companies and cannot narrow down a delivery schedule at least as well as a cable tv company does.

Extremely Unprofessional, Poor Service, Do NOT recommend. I would strongly advise anyone needing home medical equipment to use another pharmacy. Kennebec Professional Pharmacy is unprofessional, has poor product awareness and provides horrendous customer service.
