Lots of nice transactions,as well as disappointment.. February 14,2011 Charlie 2 says

I have been doing business with Doug for 18 years

and have purchased, literally,thousands of dollars in musical merchandise,including sending and taking customers to his music store for purchase of merchandise.I've never had any previous problems.Several months ago I purchased a $28.Behringer reverb pedal that was presented to me as a new product,right down to looking up the list price.

I had no reason to doubt that the product was new.Attempting to try it out,I discovered that the battery connector had been clipped off the circuit board,the footswitch wasn't working properly,and much more.When attempting to return the unit for a refund or store credit,the owner stated that he had no use for the unit and refused compensation for a used and broken unit sold to me as new.I left the unit with him and will not be returning.I have nothing against the owner personally,just disappointment..

Fantasic deals. Doug has the best deals on guitars and amps including trade-ins of any music store that I've been in. They will work with you if you're an accomplished player or just starting out. Our band has done business here for 22 years now and plan on keeping our business there until one of us get done. Doug or one of his workers will answer any questions you might have about music of any kind and help get to where you want to be in the music industry.
