Thumb down. Was getting varied estimates on a replacement boiler for my home. Kevin, a technician who had worked on the older boiler provided current information for the replacement. Brian said, "Won't need that" when reviewing the parts list. Not knowing the Quiteside specifications I trusted Brian's assessment. 2 years later, I had to pay out almost $500 that I didn't have available at the time for another service man to finish what should have been part of the first job with Brian who didn't do the work according to 2004 mandates of Primary Secondary piping.
